The cluster features high-temperature-tolerant cold-plate liquid cooling design, enabling long-term stable operation at 55°C ambient temperature and short-term tolerance up to 65°C. All containers are prefabricated, integrated, and tested in the factory, requiring only simple on-site connection and hook-up.
